Pamela | 22 years of age |  September 8th

I’m a Peruvian-American woman. I live and go to school on the east coast. I’m majoring in History (concentration: central asia), with minors in political science, philosophy, and women’s studies. I want to take my studies and focus on women in Afghanistan. I find that these women, and this country are a very central issue in understanding our current perceptions of Islam. I also find their history to be thrilling and fascinating. This is a buffer zone love blog. 

When I’m not killing myself over my major, I am listening to music, reading fiction, and becoming involved in the political happenings of our world. I have a lot of feelings on immigration, Islam, Latin@s, masculinity, and most of all feminism. My life revolves around feminism.
